Matt has been working in the television and broadcast industry for over 10 years. He has had a passion for film, media and television from a young age and followed that with Media studies in high school.
Starting at TAFE to study Television & Radio after high school in 2005 he received a diploma of Television & Radio Broadcasting
Matt started work as a casual at Channel 7 in Melbourne working in the office answering phones and admin.
After showing interest in Production he was given opportunities to visit different sets, and was offered casual work as a Production Assistant on different productions.
Matt gained more experience leading him to work across various types of production, including Sport and Live broadcast, to long term reality TV shows.
Some of Matt’s other achievements include:
• experience in various roles across genres, including production management, editorial / producing and camera work.
• working in Sport on the AFL, Netball, Basketball, Horse Racing, Motorsport, and have travelled the world working on the Tennis Grand Slams.
• working with all major free to air networks as well as some of the largest TV production companies in Australia.
Most notable TV shows he has worked on are: Australian Survivor, Dancing with the Stars, House Rules and many more.
